Troubleshooting

items before requesting to the agency or service center of LG

Symptom

When cooking

is impossible

Check-up

▶

Power source is not

connected.

▶

Ignition and fire

strength adjustment

handle are around

central position.

▶

Inadequate pot has

been used

▶

Gap has been created

between the pot and

glass as dirt is adhered

to the bottom of the

pot or the upper glass

surface.

Solution

▶

Confirm the power

source.

▶

Turn the ignition

and fire strength

adjustment handle to

the position other than

the central one.

▶

Use adequate pot

by referring to the

‘regarding the using

pot’

▶

Remove the dirt etc.

When ignition

is impossible
